Emergency call-out

Emergency electrician

Phoned Rob late last night, all power had gone but fuses hadn't tripped. He found the problem, which was a plug socket that had burnt out behind the socket. He replaced the wiring and put a new plug socket in. He also gave me advice on the reason the fuse hadn't tripped, its because its the older, higher loading fuses. I would highly recommend using 1st electricians, fast, reliable and friendly service. Thanks once again Rob.

5 star service

Fantastic service. Had a problem with kitchen power supplies tripping out….. called up rob, he was round within a couple of hours (on a Sunday!). Friendly professional service, very quickly he had the problem diagnosed and fixed. Would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

Honest advice

Great service

Excellent service from Brendan the electrician today. He was very polite and efficient, dealing with the main job and a couple of other smaller ones (changing plug sockets) that needed doing. Rob was also helpful in making suggestions over the phone to avoid us having to incur the costs of an emergency call out, so we could get the work done as a regular booking.

Small jobs

Professional outfit.

Needed a new socket fitting in the hall and a electric heater fitting in the bathroom. A young man called Brandon called out at 9am this morning and was finished by 10am no fuss no messing. He was polite and very professional. Price was okay, would definitely recommend. Will be using again. A big thank you to Rob who took the call and Brandon who did the work

Why 1st Electricians

Old-fashioned service. Modern electrical expertise.

1st Electricians Nantwich is a Cheshire family business run by husband-and-wife team Rob & Jacquie. Rob left the North West Electricity Board (Norweb) in 1988 to start the firm, with Jacquie running the office — and it has stayed a family business ever since.

Over the previous 20 years they have trained many electrical apprentices, including some of their own family. Every electrician is DBS checked and has served a full four-year apprenticeship — not a six-week course.

They take on plenty of small jobs and out-of-hours work that other electricians turn down, and treat customers and their homes exactly as they would want their own treated.

“We are perfectionists by nature and our emphasis is always on quality and safety before profit.”
